Procuraduría Delegada para la Vigilancia Administrativa: Vigilar la conducta de los empleados oficiales, con excepción de los pertenecientes a la Rama Jurisdiccional y al Ministerio Público; cuidar de que desempeñen cumplidamente sus deberes y aplicarles, bajo la dirección del Procurador General, las sanciones a que hubiere lugar. Además, supervigilar el cumplimiento de las disposiciones sobre el derecho de petición.
