Aceptación de responsabilidad . En caso de que una de los Capitanes de las naves en siniestro se declare culpable o responsable, el Tribunal de Capitanes elaborará el concepto dentro del término fijado e inmediatamente el Capitán de Puerto entrará a dictar el respectivo fallo, salvo que existieren otros presuntos responsables.
