La infracción a las disposiciones de la presente reglamentación será castigada con las siguientes penas, según el caso: 1° Apercibimiento. 2° Multas de 50 a 500 pesos 3° Clausura del establecimiento hasta por seis meses. 4° Inhabilitación profesional hasta por tres años. En caso de reincidencia, las penas que se apliquen serán publicadas expresando el nombre del establecimiento. Estas sanciones las podrá imponer el Director Departamental de Higiene en vista de los informes de las comisiones visitadoras. De los veterinarios
