Es obligación del explotador de una aeronave, máquina o equipo que perturbe el libre tránsito de las pistas, rampas o zonas de rodamiento de un aeródromo de removerlo tan pronto la autoridad aeronáutica así lo ordene. De no hacerlo dentro de un plazo prudencial, dicha autoridad podrá disponer lo pertinente para su remoción, a expensas del explotador, dentro de lo que las circunstancias inmediatas aconsejen, y sin que a dicha autoridad le quepa responsabilidad por los daños que puedan causarse a la aeronave, máquina o equipo.
