En lo sucesivo harán parte de la carretera nacional Cartago-Manizales- Medellín, el trayecto Aguadas-Arma, construído por el Departamento de Caldas, y el ramal que ordena construír por medio de esta Ley, quedando incorporados ambos trayectos en la red de carreteras nacionales de que trata la Ley 88 de 1931 .
