ARTICULO 154 . VIGENCIA. El presente Decreto rige a partir del primero de enero de 2001 y deroga los Decretos 2584 del 22 de diciembre de 1993 y 575 del 4 de abril de 1995 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
