Los docentes de que tratan los artículos 6° y 7° del presente decreto, podrán ser remunerados en las cuantías indicadas en el artículo 2°, del mismo, si solicitan el escalafonamiento en las categorías definitivas de la carrera docente universitaria, previa evaluación y revisión de la totalidad de su hoja de vida. Los efectos fiscales serán a partir del escalafonamiento.
