ACTUACION POSTERIOR A LA RECONSTRUCCION. El funcionario que adelante la reconstrucción, dará noticia a las autoridades correspondientes para el inicio de las respectivas acciones disciplinarias y penales a que hubiere lugar por la pérdida o destrucción del expediente, si no fuere el competente para iniciarlas.
