Los fondos a que se refiere el artículo 47 del Decreto-ley 32S7 de 1963, y el literal c) del artículo II), de los presentes estatutos, serán incluidos en el .presupuesto anual del Instituto, en forma tal qUe sa apropie en cuenta especial a disposición del Ministerio de Comunicaciones la partida necesaria para el mantenimiento e incremento de los sistemas de control de emisiones a cargo del Ministerio.
