Art. 3.° Mensualmente pasarán á la Secretaría del Tesoro los Gobiernos de Estado un índice de las solicitudes que se las hayan dirigido de acuerdo con lo que se dispone en el artículo 1.° En ese índice se expresarán sumariamente los puntos principales de cada petición.
