De los informes elaborados por los funcionarios del Ministerio de Minas y Energía, en desarrollo de la inspección y vigilancia, se remitirá copia a la Superintendencia de Control de Cambios, con las observaciones que consideren convenientes. Igualmente el Ministerio de Minas y Energía informará al Banco de la República sobre las zonas y ciudades en las que, a su juicio, deban instalarse oficinas de compra de los metales preciosos.
