Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, deroga todas las disposiciones que le sean contrarias, en especial el Decreto 4048 de 2008, modificado por los decretos 2360 de 2009, 1321 de 2011, 1292 de 2015, 1346 de 2016, 2183 de 2017 y 760 de 2020 y modifica el
