Facúltase a la Junta Central de Higiene para emprender la construcción de una Estación Sanitaria en el puerto de Buenaventura, siguiendo el modelo de la construída en Santa Marta.

Parágrafo

En lo sucesivo se considerará incluída en el Presupuesto de gastos la partida de veinte mil pesos ($ 20,000) oro anuales, hasta cuando ello sea necesario, para completar la Estación Sanitaria de Buenaventura.
