Los Oficiales Agregados Militares tendrán un sobrenombre del ciento por ciento (100 por 100) y los Oficiales en comisión de estudios tendrán un sobresueldo del setenta y cinco por ciento (75 por 100) los viáticos de unos y de otros los fijara el Ministerio de Guerra en cada caso, tanda de ida como de regreso.
