Auxíliase con la suma de treinta mil pesos ($30,000.00) por tres (3) años al Hospital "Santa Clara" de la ciudad de Cartagena, que la Junta Administradora de dicho Hospital invertirá, en cada año, en la restauración del edificio en que funciona y en la compra de elementos apropiados para su buen funcionamiento.
