Prohibición del doble reconocimiento. En ningún caso habrá doble reconocimiento de subsidio familiar. Cuando ambos cónyuges presten servicios al ramo de defensa se reconocerán el subsidio familiar en favor de quien perciba mayor asignación básica. Si el sueldo básico fuere igual percibirá el subsidio el esposo. Si la cónyuge presta sus servicios en entidad oficial o semioficial diferente al ramo de Defensa y en tal condición percibe subsidio familiar, no se reconocerá este beneficio a favor del Agente, salvo que aquella renuncia expresamente a devengarlo de la entidad a la cual presta sus servicios.
