º Para los efectos del artículo 207, numeral 4º, del Código Contencioso Administrativo, se considerarán como gastos ordinarios del proceso los ocasionados por concepto de notificaciones, publicaciones, copias necesarias para el diligenciamiento del proceso, edictos, comunicaciones telegráficas y correo aéreo.
