ARTICULO 2.4.6.2.1 .- ORGANOS DE DIRECCIÓN Y ADMINISTRACIÓN. La dirección y administración de Finagro estará a cargo de: - la asamblea general de accionistas. - la junta directiva, y - el representante legal. Cada uno de estos órganos desempeñará sus funciones dentro de las facultades y atribuciones que les confiere el libro segundo, parte tercera, título I y el presente título de este estatuto, los estatutos de Finagro y los reglamentos que dicte su junta directiva.
