La subrogación legal o cesión de créditos traspasan al nuevo acreedor todos los derechos, acciones, privilegios y accesorios en los términos del artículo 1670 del Código Civil. El adquirente de la respectiva acreencia será titular también de los votos correspondientes a ella.
