CESANTIA DEFINITIVA . Los empleados públicos del ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional que sean retirados o se retiren del servicio, tienen derecho a que el Tesoro Público les pague por una sola vez, un auxilio de cesantía igual a un (1) mes del último salario devengado por cada año de servicio y proporcionalmente por las fracciones de meses y días a que hubiere lugar, a partir del 1° de enero de 1942, liquidada sobre las partidas indicadas en el artículo 82 de este Decreto. SECCIÓN SEGUNDA. PENSION DE JUBILACION.
