°. El artículo 7° del Decreto 2745 de 1997, quedará así: “Artículo 7°. Para la asignación trimestral del cupo a que se refiere el artículo 4° del presente Decreto, será necesario contar con un visto bueno previo, cuyas condiciones serán reglamentadas por los Ministerios de Comercio Exterior y de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural, de tal manera que se garantice el adecuado aprovechamiento por parte de los productores de banano, de los beneficios derivados de los cupos trimestrales. Los Ministerios de Comercio Exterior y de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural podrán propiciar la celebración de convenios entre las sociedades exportadoras y los productores de banano con tal fin”.
