° Régimen jurídico. Mineralco S. A. estará sujeta, en el giro de las operaciones y actos que constituyen su objeto y actividades, según el artículo 3° de la Ley 2ª de 1990, a las normas del derecho común. En su condición de sociedad anónima estará regida por las normas propias de tales entidades del Código de Comercio. Además y sin perjuicio de su independencia patrimonial y autonomía administrativa y operativa, se someterá en lo pertinente a las normas de derecho administrativo que rijan a las empresas industriales y comerciales del Estado.
