El que abusando de los medios de corrección o disciplina de que legítimamente puede usar, cause perjuicio a la salud de persona sometida a su autoridad, o que se le ha confiado para educarla, instruirla o tener cuidado de ella, o bien para desempeñar un oficio o profesión, será castigado con prisión por un mes a un año.
