Art. 1.° El Poder Ejecutivo procoderá a celebrar un arreglo con el señor Arzobispo de Bogotá, o con la persona con quien corresponda, para que la parte del edificio del Colejio de San Bartolomé de Bogotá, que ha servido de local del Seminario consiliar, i todas sus anexidades, queden siendo esclusivamente propiedad del Colejio de San Bartolomé.
