PROHIBICIÓN USO DEL UNIFORME EN ESTADO DE SEPARACIÓN .El Agente separado de la Policía Nacional en forma absoluta, perderá el derecho de usar el uniforme, las condecoraciones y los distintivos que se le hubieren conferido. Al ser separado en forma temporal, se le suspenderá el mismo derecho durante el lapso de separación.
