ARTICULO 41. Otros deberes formales de los responsables del impuesto al cine. Lo dispuesto en los artículos 36, 37 y 38 de este Decreto, se entiende sin perjuicio de las demás obligaciones formales, así como de los procedimientos, sanciones y demás normas de administración, determinación, discusión y cobro consagradas en el Estatuto Tributario para los responsables del impuesto sobre las ventas.
