Antes del 23 de marzo de 1973, las entidades y agremiaciones de que trata el artículo 7° de este Decreto, presentarán al Ministerio de Desarrollo Económico las listas de delegados a las primeras Asambleas Regionales que habrán de designar los representantes de los empleadores en las juntas directivas de los Fondos. Para posteriores Asambleas Regionales, dicha lista deberá remitirse al Consejo Nacional Coordinador con quince días de anticipación a la fecha de su reunión.
