Modificación de los planes inversión del 1%. El plan de inversión de no menos del 1% podrá ser modificado en cualquier momento por parte del titular de la licencia ambiental, para lo cual deberá presentar la propuesta de modificación ante la autoridad ambiental competente, quien la aprobará en los plazos establecidos en el artículo 2.2.9.3.1.8 del presente capítulo, sin que ello implique la modificación de la licencia ambiental.
