Parágrafo

al artículo 18 del Decreto 2590 de 2003, el cual quedará así: “

Parágrafo

En cumplimiento de la obligación de culminar las operaciones pendientes en el momento de la liquidación, prevista en el numeral 1 del artículo 238 del Código de Comercio, previa celebración de los contratos interadministrativos a que haya lugar, el liquidador del Instituto de Fomento Industrial, IFI, podrá enajenar los activos a que se refiere el presente artículo siguiendo al efecto los procedimientos previstos en la ley”.
