Dentro de la anterior organización y para los cambios y promociones que las circunstancias impongan, el Gerente queda facultado para hacer los nombramientos de aquellos empleados cuyas asignaciones mensuales no excedan de $ 150, mediante resoluciones que requerirán para su validez la aprobación previa del Ministerio de Obras Públicas.
