º Los nacimientos ocurridos en los Municipios anexados del Distrito Especial de Bogotá podrán registrarse, tanto en las Registradurías o Alcaldías municipales respectivas como en las Notarías de Bogotá, sin que por ello se entienda infringida la competencia por circunscripción territorial que establece el artículo 46 del Decreto 1260 de 1970. Igualmente podrán registrarse en las Registradurías y Alcaldías de los Municipios anexados los nacimientos ocurridos e n Bogotá, en aquellos casos en que el domicilio de la madre sea precisamente el Municipio anexado donde se pretende el registro.
