Cada una de estas comisiones será integrada por Oficiales de los grados de Capitán a Coronel, en el número que determine el Gobierno y completadas con el personal técnico inferior que se considere necesario. Estas comisiones tendrán como jefe inmediato al Oficial de mayor graduación o al más antiguo en igualdad de grados.

Parágrafo

Cuando simultáneamente haya en países extranjeros varias comisiones, el Gobierno podrá designar a un Coronel o a un General como Jefe de todas estas.
