Valor de los dividendos en acciones. Siempre que la distribución de dividendos o utilidades se haga en acciones u otros títulos, el valor de los dividendos o utilidades realizados se establece de acuerdo con el valor patrimonial de los mismos, que se obtenga una vez efectuada la emisión de las nuevas acciones o títulos distribuidos.
