° Para beneficiarse de la Preferencia Arancelaria Regional definida en el artículo anterior, los productos respectivos deberán cumplir con los requisitos de origen vigentes en la Aladi. Adicionalmente las solicitudes de importación deberán tramitarse incluyendo la posición arancelaria y descripción Naladi de cada producto, citando el número y fecha del presente Decreto.
