Representación legal del Banco. El representante legal del Banco será el Presidente, elegido por la Junta Directiva, para periodos de tres (3) años. Los estatutos pueden permitir que la Junta delegue algunas de sus funciones en el Presidente del Banco. Los estatutos señalarán las funciones del Presidente del Banco y podrán autorizarlo para delegar algunas inclusive la representación legal en otros funcionarios.
