Vigencia de las licencias . Las licencias sanitarias de funcionamiento concedida a los hatos de primera categoría, plantas envasadoras de leche proveniente de hatos de primera categoría, plantas para enfriamiento (centrales de recolección), plantas para higienización, y plantas para pulverización, tendrán una vigencia de 5 años contados a partir de la fecha de la ejecutoria de la providencia que la concede.
