Dentro del año siguiente a la entrada en vigencia del presente decreto, el Ministerio de Salud y Protección Social, actualizará las guías para la atención de la mujer maltratada y del menor de edad maltratado, contenidas en la Resolución 412 de 2000 o las normas que la modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan. De igual forma, adoptará el Modelo y Protocolo de Atención integral en Salud a Víctimas de Violencia Sexual.
