Por razones de cortesía diplomática y de reciprocidad internacional, reformase el artículo 18 del decreto 615 de 1935, así:

"Si un diplomático vendiere su automóvil lo comunicara al Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y este al de Hacienda y Crédito Público, pero no habrá lugar con este motivo a cobro alguno de derechos de importación."
