ARTICULO 63 . Comisiones de estudio. El Gobierno Nacional y el Ministro de Defensa, según el caso, podrán destinar en comisión de estudios, dentro o fuera del país, en institutos diferentes a los de la Policía Nacional, a los oficiales, suboficiales y personal del nivel ejecutivo, en servicio activo, alféreces y cadetes.
