Destínase la suma de cinco mil pesos ($ 5,000) para la obra del Panóptico de Ibagué, pagadera así: dos mil pesos ($ 2,000) con imputación a la presente vigencia, y tres mil pesos ($ 3,000) a la próxima. Esta suma se pondrá a la disposición del Gobernador del Tolima, para su inversión, debiendo dar cuenta al Ministerio de Gobierno de la manera como ésta se invierta.
