El personal docente tendrá derecho a ascender dentro del escalafón profesoral cuando llene los requisitos que se prevén en el capítulo IV, sección tercera, artículos 23, 24, 25 y 26 del presente estatuto, para lo cual, una vez surtidos los trámites correspondientes el Director dictará la resolución de ascenso.
