Rechazo de las solicitudes de devolución o compensación. Las solicitudes de devolución o compensación se rechazarán en forma definitiva cuando

a)

Se presenten extemporáneamente;

b)

El saldo materia de la solicitud ya hubiere sido objeto de devolución o compensación.

c)

Como del resultado de la investigación de la solicitud de devolución o compensación, se produzca una liquidación oficial donde se genere un saldo a pagar.
