Decreto 276 de 1996 · por el cual se modifica parcialmente la nomenclatura de empleos de que trata el Decreto 248 de 1994.

La denominación y nomenclatura a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente Decreto, corresponden a las del Sistema General de que trata el Decreto 1042 de 1978 y normas que lo modifican y adicionan, y los grados del empleo a la escala salarial del nivel directivo del Decreto número 10 del 5 de enero de 1996 y sus modificatorios.

Parágrafo

Mientras se modifica la planta de personal de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Aeronáutica Civil, continuará vigente el empleo de Director General de Aeronáutica Civil Nivel 69 Grado 40, del Nivel Directivo de que trata el Decreto 248 de 1994.
