TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo segundo. La Alcaldía podrá prorrogar o reformar las administraciones delegadas que en la actualidad funcionan respecto de algunos servicios públicos de la capital, y conservar o modificar, para tales fines, las garantías existentes; siendo entendido que podrán reformarse los contratos vigentes, de acuerdo con los prestamistas.
