Artículo único. Autorízase al Presidente de la Republica para destinar del Tesoro público la suma de ocho mil pesos ($8.000) en oro, a la fundación de una beca perpetua en el Colegio Pio-Latino Americano existente en la ciudad de Roma.

El Presidente será Patrono de esta fundación.
