El Gobierno determinará los cargos y los tiempos mínimos de permanencia en ellos, como requisito para ascenso al grado inmediatamente superior, de los Oficiales del Cuerpo de Logístico- de las Fuerzas Militares cuyas especialidades no han sido expresamente mencionadas en los artículos 42 a 46 de este Decreto.
