Art 3.° Señalase al Excmo. Sr Núñez una asignación anual de treinta mil pesos ($30000), que recibirá en todo tiempo y cualquiera que sea el lugar de su residencia; pero cuando ejerza el Poder Ejecutivo o cualquiera otro cargo público que tenga señalado mayor sueldo, disfrutara de este únicamente, y si fuere menor, se entenderá elevado a la suma que fija esta Ley.
