º. PRECIO PAGADO O POR PAGAR. El precio pagado o por pagar será el expresado en la factura comercial, y constituye el precio normal de las mercancías, incluidas las adiciones de que trata el artículo 2º. de este decreto, siempre que la venta se ejecute en un plazo concordante con los usos mercantiles, en condiciones de libre competencia y dicho precio equivalga al precio corriente de mercado. Cuando el precio pagado o por pagar no corresponda al valor real de la transacción o no cumpla los requisitos previstos en este artículo, deberán incluirse en él las rectificaciones o ajustes necesarios para llevarlo al precio normal.
