Ámbito de aplicación. Las disposiciones contenidas en esta Sección tienen por objeto regular el ejercicio de la profesión de químico farmacéutico, perteneciente al área de la salud, en los aspectos relativos a los derechos, deberes, obligaciones y prohibiciones, con el fin de preservar y salvaguardar la honradez, lealtad, imparcialidad, eficiencia, seriedad, que deben observar en su desempeño profesional.
