º Contra las resoluciones que dicte el director General de Aduanas, conforme a lo dispuesto en este Decreto, solamente procederá el recurso de apelación en el efecto suspensivo ante el Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público. Dicho recurso podrá interponerse dentro de los tres (3) días siguientes a la fecha en que se notifique la resolución.
